Natali was born in Ufa, Russia in 1979. Shortly after she was born her parents moved to Minsk, Belorussia, where she grew up. She graduated from Belorussia State Technical University where she majored in Management of Chemical Technology. However, Management in Chemical Technology wasn't exactly her dream and her inner artistic self took over, so the next step was Moscow and a new passion, photography. She successfully graduated from Moscow Photo Academy and is now one of the leading photographers in the Russian fashion industry, known for her fresh and risky vision.

Alexander was born in Voronej, Russia in 1981; He graduated from Tula State University with a double major in German and English, moved to Kiel, Germany to continue his studies in Germanistics at Christian Albrechts University. Afterwards he moved to Berlin and then to New York (where he lived and worked). In the end he settled in Moscow where he entered the School of Television. His TV career was rather successful. He worked as the editor-in-chief for Russian MTV Style Guide - weekly program about fashion and style. During his world travels and TV experience he created his unique yet risky style that put him on the fashion map. Now he is one of the best-known stylists and fashion consultants in Russia.

Risk is the one common interest which they all share and... which eventually brought them together. After the first couple of times working on set together, Natali & Alexander became inseparable. They compliment each other when working together, each time bringing the best out of one another. Snowfork is the first ever Russian team working like Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin or Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. These world known duos have always been an inspiration and also had a strong influence on the early work and style of Snowfork.
